We now have a €1.55bn portfolio that includes world-class office, logistics and retail assets. Most of these are located in and around Dublin.

Our policy is to choose properties that require active management. Having created this portfolio, our prime focus now is to develop all the opportunities it offers. Doing so lets us deliver dividends that are in line with the Irish REIT regime.

Our management and development strategy is fourfold: we aim to create a secure income stream by extending Weighted Average Unexpired Lease Terms as far as possible: we have adopted a prudent approach to debt; we deliver progressive dividends that adhere to Irish REIT rules; and we continue to take advantage of opportunities that match our investment criteria.
